Welcome to Grip Nail Academy! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of our online masterclasses and digital content (“Services”). By purchasing or accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

Eligibility

Our masterclasses are designed exclusively for qualified nail technicians. By purchasing or accessing our Services, you confirm that you hold the relevant qualifications to practise as a nail technician.

Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

  • Payment must be completed in full before access to any masterclass is provided.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, charges, or fees related to your purchase.

No Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable, as our Services are digital products. Once you have been granted access, you cannot cancel, request a refund, or exchange your purchase.

Access to Services

  • Access is granted via live sessions, on-demand videos, or downloadable resources, depending on your purchase.

  • Materials are for your personal, professional development only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing login details or course content is prohibited.

  • We may revoke access if misuse is detected, such as account sharing or piracy.

Intellectual Property

All masterclasses, recordings, written materials, and other content are the intellectual property of Grip Nail Academy.
You may use the content only for your own learning and professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit it without written consent.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having the necessary equipment, internet, and software to access the Services. Grip Nail Academy is not responsible for issues on your side that prevent access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee specific results from participating in a masterclass.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant masterclass.

Changes to Services

Governing Law & International Customers

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Even though our Services are available worldwide, international customers agree that English law applies. Customers may have additional protections under their local laws.
