Thank you for purchasing one of our online masterclasses. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.

Digital Products – No Refunds

All of our masterclasses are delivered in digital format (either as live sessions, pre-recorded sessions, or downloadable resources). As such, all sales are final. Once you have purchased access, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. Once access has been granted to the masterclass, course materials, or resources, you are deemed to have received the full value of the product.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course/masterclass, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.
