My comprehensive Beginner’s E-File Course is designed to teach you how to use an electric nail file safely, confidently and with complete control, whether you’re picking one up for the first time or want to properly understand the tool you’re already using

Using an e-file isn’t about working faster at the expense of the natural nail. Throughout this course, you’ll learn how to choose the correct bits, understand speeds and direction, control your pressure and positioning, safely prepare the cuticle area and use your e-file for product removal and rebalances

We’ll cover everything from understanding your machine and individual e-file bits through to detailed cuticle preparation, soak offs, product removal, rebalances and full practical demonstrations, giving you the knowledge to understand not only how to use an e-file, but why each technique, speed and bit is used

THEORY & ASSESSMENT

Your training includes detailed theory alongside practical demonstrations to make sure you understand both the how and the why behind safe e-file use

You’ll learn how to correctly hold and control your e-file, understand RPM and direction, select the appropriate bit for the task, use safe pressure and positioning and work around the natural nail and surrounding skin without causing unnecessary damage

You’ll complete quizzes throughout the course to test your knowledge, followed by a final theory assessment

You’ll also be required to complete practical case studies and submit evidence of your work for assessment. This allows me to assess your e-file control, positioning, pressure, bit selection, cuticle preparation and removal techniques rather than simply issuing a certificate for watching the course

This is an ABT Accredited Beginner’s E-File Course, meaning the training has been reviewed and approved to meet ABT’s requirements

Once you have successfully completed the required theory and practical assessments, you’ll receive your accredited certificate
